PAYMENT INFORMATION

These payment milestones apply to the tour booking. Air and rail fares are payable in full when booked.
Second advance payment no later than 21 days before the journey starts.
Remaining balance due no later than 15 days before the tour starts. This final payment is mandatory.
Airfare and train fare must be paid in full at the time of booking. Fare cancellations and refunds follow the original airline or railway booking policy.

Cancellation requests are subject to the timing and charges below. Airline and train fare refunds follow the original booking policy.

| 15–29 days | 25% cancellation charge of the total booking amount. |
| 7–14 days | 50% cancellation charge of the total booking amount. |
| 3–6 days | The supplied policy does not specify the charge for this period. Please contact Pathika to confirm before booking. |
| Fewer than 3 days | No refund of the advance amount. |
Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days from cancellation or modification approval. Refunds are paid by cheque only.
Cancellation periods are counted back from the tour start date. For airfare or train fare, the airline or railway refund rules apply.
